We are looking for a full time Automotive Service Advisor to join our team and help our dealership maintain a positive relationship with our customers.

What you’ll be doing:
Providing exceptional customer service
Answering incoming service calls and booking appointments
Ensuring a timely completion of service appointments
Coordinating shuttle drives
Advising and selling required services based on dealer and manufacturer recommendations
Pricing and quotations of maintenance needs
Demonstrating professional behaviour and working with a team in a fast-paced environment
Reviewing repair requirements and recommendations with clients
Performing walk-around vehicle inspections with clients
Coordinating rental and loaner vehicles
What we require:
Valid driver’s license
Outgoing, positive, and friendly personality

Computer literacy skills

Chrysler Service Technician, fully licensed
2-3 years experience with automotive mechanical operations
