Please be aware per Durham Health rules, all customers and employees must wear a mask or face covering when inside our dealership or service drive-thru. We have masks readily available to customers who do not bring their own. Thank you for understanding.

Sales Precautions
  • Contactless test drives, purchases, and deliveries available upon request.
  • Safe distance meeting spaces in our showroom for sales and financing conversations.
  • All vehicles sanitized before and after any customer and staff interaction.
  • All in-person conversations and test drives are by appointment only to limit the number of people in our dealership.
Service Precautions and Process
  • Contactless drop-offs available while open and after hours via our key drop box located beside our service entrance.
  • One vehicle is allowed in the drive-thru at a time to allow space for customers and staff. Designated areas are marked for customers to ensure social distancing from our staff.
  • Your vehicle will be sanitized by wiping down all major touch points, and adding a plastic cover to your steering wheel and seat.
  • Contactless pickup is available with payment over the phone and keys and paperwork put inside your vehicle just before you arrive.
  • Drop-offs are strongly recommended to limit the number of customers waiting for service. Our shuttle is available, but limited to local customers only. Please note wait times will vary based on available drivers.
Parts Precautions
  • Retail parts is available for in-store purchases and over the phone credit card payments upon request.
  • Please call 905  576  1441 to speak to our parts team, make orders and process payment.
